Returns & Refunds

Product returns are accepted within the first 30 days of purchase providing that the product has not been mistreated. Freight & Postage for returns will be at buyers expense. In the instance that you are not 100% satisfied with your order please reach out to our team sales@microfibreworld.com.au or call us onΒ 1800-016-006.Β  All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Shipping/Delivery

Orders are shipped daily and most orders arrive between 1 – 3 days for cities and 3 – 5 days for country locations & 7-10 Days for remote and WAΒ from order receipt.

We have contracts with a number of different couriers to provide our customers with choice. You are able to select which carrier you would like to carry your goods.Β 

Signature or Authority to Leave

In accordance with our couriers delivery Terms & Conditions, Microfibre World is only responsibleΒ for the customer's shipment onlyΒ while it is within couriers custody and control of the courier. Microfibre World shall not be liable for loss or damage of a shipment after it has been deliveredΒ to the address.

If you have not selected signature on arrival your parcel will be declared as authority to leave and the parcel will be left in a safe place. Unless otherwise instructed. If you wish to obtain a signature on arrival, please select that option during making your online order. This will ensure you only receive your delivery when someone is home or the parcel can be signed for upon drop off.

Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy identifies how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.Β 

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. For example we offer either 7-day or monthly subscriptions on certain items. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time or feel free to contact us and we are able to action the cancellation on your behalf. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
